Branding, websites and digital tools

Start with the problem.
Connect the right work.

Strategy, brand, websites and bespoke digital tools for owner-led and growing businesses. I shape the scope around the commercial problem, stay directly involved and coordinate specialist support only where it adds value.

01 / Brand & design

Make the right impression. Everywhere.

Your brand is the impression people build of your business. Branding gives it a clear direction; design makes that direction visible, from your logo to your menu.

Does this sound familiar?

  • You’re launching and need a clear identity.
  • Your website, social posts and printed materials feel like different businesses.
  • The quality of your offer has outgrown the way it looks.
What it helps you do

People can recognise your business and understand what it stands for, wherever they find you.

What the work can include

Brand direction
A clear account of who you help, what makes you worth choosing and how to communicate it.
Visual identity
A logo, colour palette, typography and practical guidance for using them consistently.
Design for everyday use
Agreed materials such as menus, brochures, social templates or campaign artwork.

We agree the deliverables, timing and cost in your proposal.

In practice · Our own identity

Modo Vivo starts with a connection.

The meeting-point symbol, colours from Basilicata and consistent typography give this studio an identity that carries across the site.

The story behind Modo Vivo
How it connects

A clear identity gives your website and photography a shared direction. If you already have one that works, we can build on it.

02 / Websites, applications & digital

Give interest somewhere to go.

A website brings your offer, your story and the practical details into one place. Design helps people find their way; development makes the experience work across devices.

Does this sound familiar?

  • You need a home for your business beyond social media.
  • Visitors struggle to find information or take the next step.
  • Your existing site no longer reflects what you offer.
  • A recurring process relies on manual admin or disconnected tools.
What it helps you do

Visitors can understand the offer, feel confident in the business and find a clear route to enquire or book.

What the work can include

Structure & content
An agreed page plan, clear messaging and routes to the information your customers need.
Website design & development
A responsive site with a visual direction of its own, built and checked for phones and larger screens.
Connections & handover
Agreed enquiry forms, booking links or integrations, plus a clear plan for updates and support.
Bespoke web applications
Customer portals, internal tools and connected workflows designed around a valuable business process.

We agree the deliverables, timing and cost in your proposal.

How it connects

Brand direction and useful imagery make the site more coherent. We can work with your existing material or agree what needs creating.

+ Supporting photography & film

The right images make a difference.

Strong brand and website work needs imagery that reflects the business. We review what you have first. If new photography or film would help, I can brief and coordinate a specialist around the agreed creative direction.

Production is quoted separately: we agree the location, travel, edited deliverables, usage rights and cost before booking a shoot. It can support a website project or a wider brand rollout.

Working together

Good work starts with a clear understanding.

Thoughtful branding and websites, with direct access to the person shaping them. We agree what you need and a fixed project price before work begins.

How the project runs

A clear plan before we begin.

You work directly with me, from the first conversation to handover. Here is how we keep the project clear and moving.

  1. Start with your business

We discuss your goals, the materials you already have and what needs to change. We agree who supplies copy, images and translations, and who gathers feedback.

  2. Agree the work and the price

You receive a written proposal with deliverables, timing, review stages and milestone payments. Photography, film, travel, licences and other costs are identified separately where needed.

  3. Develop, review and refine

I share the work at the agreed stages, so you can review it and give consolidated feedback. Any additions to the scope are agreed before extra work begins.

  4. Receive the work and know what comes next

We hand over the agreed files, access and guidance. Any ongoing website support is scoped separately, with clear allowances, costs and response times.

Your next step

You don’t need to know the answer yet.

Tell me what isn’t working, what you already have and what you want to change. We’ll work out which services will help.
